: (1) Within seven days from the date of death of the protected livestock, the concerned guardian shall attach the following documents and submit an application to the fund through the concerned member organization claiming compensation for the dead livestock in the format as per schedule-5 :-
(a) Full copy of livestock protection article, (b) Death certificate of livestock issued as per rule 25, (c) Signed lease attached to livestock protected as per rule 6.
(2) If the guarantor dies or is unable to claim compensation according to sub-rule (1) due to other reasons, the person he/she wants, the heir or the right holder according to the prevailing law, in addition to the documents mentioned in sub-rule (1), can claim compensation by attaching the proof of being the person, heir or right holder. can do
(3) According to sub-rule (1) or (2), if a request is received regarding the claim for compensation of dead livestock, the member organization shall send such claim in writing to the fund for disbursement within a fortnight.
(4) Within thirty-five days after the fund receives all the detailed documents related to the compensation claim from the member organizations in accordance with sub-rule (1) or (3), the fund shall carry out necessary investigations as amended by 7 First Amendment. will decide whether or not to accept the compensation claim according to this regulation.
